FROM THE 90 TO LAUNCH STUDIO
Pawvo began with a simple product question: how can a household keep up with all the little jobs that make a pet’s day?
Development story · 26 October 2026 · Preparing for first release
THE PRODUCT
A meal can get fed twice. A walk can be assumed. A vet visit can live in one person’s calendar. Pawvo brings those details into a care plan that the household can see and update together.
The first release focuses on the everyday: dog and cat profiles, recurring care, appointment checkoffs, optional phone reminders, and an invitation code for trusted caregivers.
Shopping, supplies, sitter workflows and AI suggestions are outside this release. One owner’s Apple subscription supports shared household care. Keeping that scope focused gives each core flow room to work.
INSIDE THE APP
Actual simulator captures with fictional demo content. No customer accounts or care records are shown.

A shared sense of what needs doing and what’s already done.

A place for feeding instructions, care notes, and vet information.

Separate accounts, a shared plan, and owner-controlled access.
PRODUCT & ENGINEERING CHOICES
Built in SwiftUI for iPhone and iPad, using Apple’s photo picker, secure session storage, and local notification system.
Firebase sign-in and household access rules separate account credentials from care records shared with invited caregivers.
Tasks and appointments have completion controls, retained history, and deliberate undo. Saved changes and errors get visible feedback.
The launch work includes simulator checks, account and sharing tests, privacy disclosures, support pages, and App Store assets. Apple review and real-device release checks remain separate steps.
THE NEXT CHAPTER
Pawvo is being prepared for its first App Store release.
